Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used by some individuals to facilitate workshops. Currently it's used predominantly by our Program Delivery Partner as a "one-stop-shop" to house program materials and user journey for a Women in Business Early-Stage Growth Business pilot program.

The business problem that Miro is solving, is a centralised program hub for materials, micro-learnings, workshop registrations and check-in surveys.

Pros

  • Expansiveness - not constraining complex issues into small rectangle sized boxes (ie, normal views in Word, Powerpoint etc)
  • Good templates and designs
  • Quite intuitive - don't need specialised training.

Cons

  • Scrolling around big Miro boards can be tricky depending on the device used. It's much easier when on a laptop, and a bit harder when using a monitor - as need to find the horizontal and vertical scrolls.
  • Less time and resources spent administering the program
The tool is quite user-friendly and intuitive to use. Don't need specialised training.
The ability to capture feedback is useful. It's useful to have static information that is locked down, and then other areas that's interactive and ability to comment.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a terrific tool when facilitating workshops online - as everyone can participate at the same time.

Using Miro as a program hub has been really useful - it's not a use-case I would have immediately thought of - so it's interesting to use it in practice. Other team members would likely benefit from this in their programs.
