Most Efficient Wireframe and Prototype Creation.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
For the last 7 years, Miro has been the command center for my daily work life. I use it mainly for creating prototypes and wireframes, which are my main tasks. I remember in 2019, before I started using Miro, I had many pictures in my head of what the final product should look like. I used to give different presentations, endure endless back-and-forths, and corrections before reaching a final decision on what needed to be built. Thanks to this tool, the challenge was solved. I'm always able to present ideas to all teams and partners involved in a shared, visual workspace, collect feedback, and agree on what needs to be built without wasting time. If anything needs fixing or upgrading, I use it to investigate and map the issue visually. Also, allow me to organize and put my ideas in one place.
Pros
- Creating prototypes and wireframes.
- Visual collaboration.
- Creating roadmaps.
- Collecting feedbacks.
- Wide variety of templates.
Cons
- During live sessions, when a board has many images, charts, and comments, there is a lag, especially on an unstable internet connection.
- Not all shapes that I need are available.
- Needs an improvement on AI integration.
- Offer infinite canvas that allow me to brainstorm, organize ideas and think visually.
- Effective for creating prototypes and wireframes, which saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and prevents costly mistakes.
- Features like mind mapping, kanban boards, and flowcharts help me to visualize complex projects easily.
Important features like built-in templates, sticky notes, comments, chat, and integrations with 3rd-party tools make collaboration feel natural and keep all participants on the same page.
Miro has strong integrations with other tools like Jira and MS Teams, which facilitate smooth workflows without the need to switch between tools.
