Overall Satisfaction with Mixmax
I use Mixmax templates to standardize communications to applications during our recruiting seasons, of which we have 3-4 per year. I also use the "send later," reminder, and mail tracking features on a daily basis. Mixmax acts like my digital personal assistant when it comes to inbox management, and that is an invaluable gift to me and my work!

- The ability to set a reminder for a conversation so it magically comes back to the top of my inbox exactly when I need it - I never miss a task this way!
All due respect to Boomerang, but it simply doesn't compare (in my experience) to Mixmax. Mixmax is significantly easier to use, the features are more relevant, and the customer service is excellent. Mixmax has increased my productivity tenfold! I recommend it to all of my coworkers, and many of my coworkers use even more of the features than I do.
