Mixpanel provides an interactive dashboard to check events or user interactions over the application. real-time updates are provided. It helps in debugging the process if any interaction failed. data set that are predefined and can be customized as per the use cases. Customer engagement can be enhanced by Mixpanel as it provides data of various user interactions.

- Some of the Mixpanel properties are redundant as there are so many default properties it will take much time to find the one you are looking for.
- There should be a interactive search for menus like event search.
- The application window should split horizontally to check specific event rather than clicking on the event and checking its property

Google Analytics also has a free option and can be utilized in parallel or as a stand-alone system, it will provide most of the features that are required. but lacks live data tracking so Mixpanel is that alternative that anyone can look for. particularly if your project is dependent on live users' data and feedback.
