Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is being used company wide. We have only just begun using it and are excited to explore and learn all the features and options. Currently we use the Kanban boards to track client progress as well as use it as our CRM tool. We will next be utilizing the forms feature.

They currently don’t have phone support or account managers that as a user I can reach out to. They do provide a plethora of online videos.
