I did not ever need to use the customer success manager. There needs to be an NA for this question. The good thing is if I never needed a customer success manager, than I guess the Monday.com really is user friendly!!

they are quick and willing to help. the only time they didn't have an answer as to how I could work around or fix something was when the integration itself needed to be edited. otherwise they've always had easy answers. they've also been willing to help via chat, email, call or video chat.

It is not a fast response when you need assistance. You leave an email message and then await an emailed response. Not ideal. The product is phenomenal, but there is not immediate assistance available and sometimes the automations can be tricky.

It's great, and I know it's important for some people to get ahold of a real human, but what I'd rather get is a correct solution from a google search. Having to talk to people and explain the whole business when detailing why I need a certain alert trigger or automation is inefficient use of time, I just want to hit a knowledge base or community article with the answer. Likewise video training is a great thing in principle but needing to wade through a whole video just to find out how to set up a two-column trigger is a chore.

Though we are not currently an Enterprise user, if I ask a question at support@monday.com I get a response very quickly, and if I have further, related questions, they continue to communicate and help. That is HUGE!

Sometimes it takes a little while for Customer Support to get back to you and I've found (on a few occasions) that there is typically some miscommunication before the support team has an understanding of what I'm asking. Not putting all of the faults on monday.com, as we are all human and make mistakes, but I did want to note this critique here.

I have not needed support yet. But apparently, it is easy to access, and I believe it is quite useful to help with some daily problems related to usability or available tools. In any case, it is important that companies offer fast and dedicated support to their users, which increases the reliability of the product.

Unfortunately, this is one of the most significant areas for improvement with Monday.com. Monday.com boasts 24/7 service, but in my experience, it does little to deliver. On several occasions, I have reached out to Monday with long delays and lagging response times. This seems to be the one area where other platforms have Monday.com beat. While this platform is my favorite, its lackluster customer service has tainted my experience and motivated me to look elsewhere for similar services.

I'm giving it a 9/10 because I didn't feel this when we bought into the product January 2020. I'm not sure if this is a newer business practice, but it really makes a HUGE difference because I now have a "go to" account representative who is incredible. His name is Nikolas "Niko" Paleologus, and is extremely knowledgable about the product, excited about finding ways to make it work EVEN BETTER than it does already (which is quickly elevating my interest in investing more in higher level memberships and pushing this product to the firm), and is always accessible and willing to help. He gets a 10/10, but the onset of our account in January 2020 lacked that/him, and for that reason, I'm dinging by one point (and literally built out customer supporting being one of the few cons of the product when value propping it to my colleagues - glad I can update that "con" to now be a "pro").

Customer support is superb. It is fast, flexible, informative, and always spreads positive energy. There is some lack of empowerment sometimes from their sides, but this is something that is common in this kind of service, especially if you want to provide the fast service that monday.com offers.
