Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's a great project management tool and it makes it easy for my team to manage our tasks and track progress. Only a few departments in our company use Monday.com, and it's mainly because we have deadlines. Although we assign cases to people on the team, everyone can track the progress of any given project and take over if necessary.

Support Rating

I personally don't report any issues. When we have glitches or questions, we sent a request to our supervisor who in turn contacts Monday.com support crew. Everything gets fixed pretty quickly.

It's perfect for when you assign cases to different people but want to track all the tasks, easily reassign cases, track progress, request for an update with only click. Sometimes if a person with a case is out sick, not only it is easy to track the work that is done, it's possible to take over the case to make sure it's completed by its due date.
