Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We used monday.com as a project management tool. It's a nice out of the box option, however, isn't very flexible with what our business needs were. I am very glad we had the option to preview it before moving forward on a purchase decision. It had some nice features, but nothing that other options didn't have.
- Task management.
- Collaboration options could be better.
- We ended up getting rid of monday.com and opting for an alternative competitor that better suited or needs and task management styles.
We were evaluating monday.com and Wrike at the same time, and ended up going with Wrike because we felt that the flexibility, integration options, and collaboration tools were much more user friendly and intuative compared to monday.com. The look and feel of monday.com felt very dated in comparison, but the functionality was definitely comparable.
