monday.com was used to streamline project advancement. It was mostly used by the project management office, as well as support department and lightly in sales. It is a great way to have a good visibility on who is doing what and when and where the project is at at any time.

Jira Software

I briefly used Jira in a previous company and I can say that I like Mmonday.com better. The functionalities are very vast and you can personalize it easily and assign tasks to whomever you want. I think monday.com is definitely harder to master but once you get there, it is a very effective product.

Support Rating

I have never been involved with the support team at monday.com. When there was a ticket and we were aware of the system being down, it seems like the issue was able to be solved quite fast. So I would say that the overall support is pretty effective based on that.

I think when you have some projects that involve a lot of people, it is really efficient and easy to see who has been doing what. Another situation is that, people now work remotely and all across the globe so it is very appropriate for such projects with non physical human interaction.
