Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com was used to streamline project advancement. It was mostly used by the project management office, as well as support department and lightly in sales. It is a great way to have a good visibility on who is doing what and when and where the project is at at any time.

I briefly used Jira in a previous company and I can say that I like Mmonday.com better. The functionalities are very vast and you can personalize it easily and assign tasks to whomever you want. I think monday.com is definitely harder to master but once you get there, it is a very effective product.
