We use Monday.com across our organization. As an advertising agency, we have to work on multiple client accounts simultaneously. We use Monday to track and manage all tasks related to a specific account while keeping all projects neatly separated. Each account has a different team so it's good to have private boards with specific access rules.
- Great user interface that is easy and intuitive to use
- The ability to easily customize columns to match the needs of each project
- How easy it is to duplicate boards, groups, tasks for fast reusability
- Automated tasks feature to automatically add tasks that need to happen on a regular basis and assign them to the right people
- Some of the best features require more expensive packages
- The dashboards can get slow when you add too many boards
- I would like to see the minimum seat requirement modified so it's cheaper to use for companies that are just starting out.
Works fantastically and is super reliable. The only issue is that it can get a bit slow when you have a lot of information on a board.
