monday.com is being used across the whole organization, addresses our issues of getting things done in a timely manner and keeping track of who is overseeing certain tasks and projects. We rely on it heavily for the organization and progress of projects.

Pros and Cons

You can easily move tasks to different boards/groups.
Very user-friendly and easy to understand.
Easy to track multiple projects on one platform.

You can't have one major "to-do" list per user, you have to look on each individual board/group.
You have to scroll across an entire page to see all the column option - not a very condensed website.
The regularly occurring emails get annoying.

Usability

So user friendly, when we put a new intern on monday.com, they can understand the process within a matter of minutes. Extremely easy to catch on, and track projects. Regardless of what stage you are entering a project at, because you can see past, current, and future tasks, you know where a project has been and where it's going.

Reliability & Availability

It has made it possible for projects to be completed in more of a timely manner and has also increased the quality of our work.
