We truly use Monday.com for just about all project management in my company. We keep track of progress on contracts/finances as well as the start up of new clinical research trials. Monday.com has increased efficiency as well as communication and productivity throughout my company.

Pros

  • I love that we can assign tasks within a board to separate individuals
  • I love how customizable almost all features of this website are
  • The inbox feature allows transparent communication

Cons

  • None - this is a great product
The template feature is one of my favorites. So customizable. This takes the thinking out of study start up.
I have never encountered a situation where mondays.com has not functioned properly/as expected.

What stands out most here is project management. When one employee is assigned a project and another assists they can collaborate and keep each other updated throughout the duration of the assignment.
