The overall usability is great. The user is provided with several templates that can be manipulated to fit their specific business need.
Monday.com support staff is very thorough and timely with providing responses!
Monday.com uptime has been great! There have been few instances when the platform has gone down for more than an hour. If there are issues, Monday.com notifies the users right away.
