Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I was introduced to monday.com by my employers about a year ago. I have become the team "nerd" and am now in charge of the team's [automation] and systems. monday.com is how my brain functions. I now use it for my side hustle as well (and I'm in the process of getting my husband started for his). The whole team uses monday.com to organize projects, and communicate about tasks that need to be done to complete them. Specifically, we are content creators, deal with customer service, and integrate other platforms to make our workflow smoother and more efficient. monday.com plays a role in it all.
  • Organizing projects and tasks while providing easy communication between team members. There are so many options for notifications and automation so when a task is completed it can easily be passed along to the next member to complete the next phase.
  • Integrating outside platforms, such as Facebook ads, Gmail, Zendesk, and so many more - This creates a sort of command center that improves efficiency in being able to check one place to find needed data (dashboards really help with this too!)
  • Customer service has been incredible, any time I've needed to ask a question.
  • The reporting features are great. I've set up a dashboard for our team's time tracking that provides some excellent data about where we are spending our time so we can see what is helping move the needle and what seems to be wasted time.
  • The time trackers are great but can be glitchy at times, not tracking properly, or needing to be refreshed multiple times to display the correct time.
  • I would LOVE to see more social media integrations - specifically, to use a social media content board to post to social media when the status is changed (via automation or manually)
  • Kajabi integrations. That would make my life so much easier! I'm trying to find workarounds to create reports based on our Kajabi data but don't want to use Zapier.
  • It has improved communication so one team member knows quickly when the previous team member is handing off a task.
  • Time is saved by using integrations and keeping more things simplified in using one platform. clicking one button can send someone an email, pulling files and information from across the group/board in the predetermined format.
monday.com is how my brain works. The logic-based approach to pull it all together is so incredibly helpful to me.
Any time I've had to reach out to support, they've been knowledgeable, helpful, and just nice!
There have only been mild interruptions but they have been far outweighed by the benefit of how the system operates. I'm still happy to choose it for my own side business and have recommended it to several others as well.
