- Extremely positive in terms of efficiency and expedience
It gives the ability for all employees, no matter which location they're based, to know the exact details of each client or prospect.
Pros
- It links all employees & departments with the exact status of each client or prospect.
- The ease at which EVERYONE can have access to artwork, editorial & comments
- The ease at which status comments can be added on every client and prospect.
- The efficiency to be able to categorise all the levels. I.E Live, Prospect, etc
Cons
- The Mobile usage could be improved greatly.
- The APP needs to replicate the PC version.
Aside from monday.com's mobile offering, it's excellent.
