Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Managing multiple projects across different teams to a personal to-do list.
  • Sharing project updates.
  • Deadlines and dependencies.
  • Easy to use.
  • Setting more complex automations can sometimes be tricky to work out.
  • Copying automations from one board to another isn't straightforward.
  • Simplifies workflow - no need to have multiple spreadsheets and docs.
  • Time saving.
It suits my purpose well - there is usually a solution to anything you feel isn't working for you.
You can set up training with a real person!
I have rolled it out to other teams because it has really worked for ours.

For my own management, it is perfect, but you do have to use it regularly to familiarize yourself. I use it every day for everything. You can set the workarounds the way you like it. It's great at updating the team on project timelines and current status.
