I use monday.com to organize projects we receive. One of the main issues is that things would fall through the cracks because there wasn't just one platform everyone was able to use and stay connected.

- Make the formula examples a little more thorough
- Sometimes monday.com can be a little laggy when it comes to the workflow automation.
