Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to keep our Jobs in order so we don't get confused on what is open or close. We also use monday.com for list so if our Employees need something they put it in the list so we know that we need to purchase the item.

Cons

  • Hanging more tabs options
  • Need more options of communication with each employee
  • Different colors for coloring coding
  • It saves us so much time
  • easier setup for projects
  • increased employee workflow
I give it this rating because the automated features and integration productivity tools work so well.
I have not used the 24/7 customer support.
It has impacted my overall experience for the better
