Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has been such a useful tool for my teams & my organization! This site helps us stay organized as a team, as well as helping me individually organize timelines, and due dates for all of the areas I am responsible for. One of our organizational values is to write everything down, and this makes it possible for us to stay accountable for our outputs! We love this service, and I would recommend this to any business or organization that strives for success!

Cons

  • Sometimes the forms don't work correctly. I will submit a form and find out that it didn't actually submit. It's not often but it happens.
  • Really easy project management boards!
  • Time management through calendars and due dates
  • Every employee in our organization has adopted monday.com and has done so seamlessly.
Monday.com is very user friendly! We have meetings to train new systems and all it takes is one meeting to really know the ins and outs of our new processes. I would recommend this to anyone who works for small organizations and businesses as well as large ones! Even if I didn't work in my current organization, I would encourage my next employer to implement it.
I've actually thankfully have never had to reach out to support for any issues. There have been times where monday.com is down temporarily, but it gets fixed within the half hour.
The overall performance is very reliable. We have had very few times that I could count on one hand where something wasn't working properly, but they get fixed quickly. It has made my overall experience with working monday.com very easy and enjoyable.

monday.com is well suited for organizations to stay organized, and provides tools like calendars, due dates, progress meters, etc. And it works perfectly to work collaboratively across every department through different boards, keeping everyone informed on where your tasks and workflow is at. It has been extremely helpful in organizing my personal to-do list!
