We use monday.com to manage creative requests. We utilize the request form feature which has been so helpful for our team, and we also use it to help with capacity planning for the creative team. It gives us a great birds eye view of all creative projects and their statuses.

Overall, very reliable. Sometimes some of the automations don't fire and I have to manually move tasks, etc. but for the most part it's very reliable!
