Pros

  • keeps the team on the page
  • provides a critical path for projects
  • makes transparency between team members and their work seamless

Cons

  • The amount of information for the C-level people trying to watch and manage can sometimes be overwhelming.
  • Saved time organizing task
  • faster path to achieving organizational objectives
The templates are great
Never had an issue with CS
