Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Event calendar management, cross-company communication regarding event production and management, task management in production and inventory management.
monday.com fits the need of organizing the many events that we produce throughout the year by integrating it into a google calendar which the company uses to organize and evaluate production needs. It also consolidates all conversations regarding events into their own areas rather than having an email inbox full of conversations (but still has email integration to trigger checking those conversations). We also use it as the primary task management list for our production team for tracking the status of custom items through the production process.

Pros
- Customizable automations for notifications and task management
- Easy to use and understand interface
- Simple, but powerful tools/interface
Cons
- Google Calendar integration could have more functionality including time range, more detailed info in the description of the integrated event, etc.
- Further tiering of sub-items into sub-sub-items (and further if possible) to create a more varied task management interface.
- Clearer distinction between conversations in updates. Multiple conversations with multiple replies can become cumbersome to parse through. Perhaps a search function isolated to updates of particular items.
- Better tracking of production process.
- Time savings by way of automated processes.
monday.com rarely has downtime, loads quickly and is responsive as a live-document when viewed on multiple screens on various devices at the same time. The app is less responsive and particularly more difficult to interact with sub-items than on a desktop/web client, but is still very useful when on the floor or otherwise unable to access a computer.
