Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for our to-do list, our company directory, maintaining our marketing plans across four locations, and sharing company updates. monday.com helps our remote team know what each other is working on, where we are at with projects and tasks, and track our marketing efforts. It also helps keep important information tagged to the topic with updates.

Pros

  • It has great templates that are easy to tweak
  • The automations are easy to set up and use
  • It is visually appealing and intuitive

Cons

  • I would like for all the templates to be adjustable
  • I would like integrations to be easier to setup
  • I would like more automations to be available for the free version
  • I would like more membership tiers so we could have the tools we need for an affordable rate.
  • It has increased productivity for my team by giving us easy viewing of what tasks need to be done, their level of importance, and being able to communicate about them on monday.com. It takes some of the thought out of planning your day and gives us additional time to complete tasks.
  • We are able to track our marketing efforts easier by viewing them all in one spot with updates for detailed data
monday.com is extremely intuitive and easy to use. I gave it a 9 only because I had trouble using the integrations and using the calendar view when I had access to them.
I have not need to contact customer support yet.
I have never had a single issue with monday.com not working as it is supposed to or going down. I can always count on it to pull up quickly and stay up.
monday.com is much easier to use and offers all the tools of google suite in one spot for task management. I use gsuite services still but in an entirely different way. If there is something that needs to be shared with the team or is important that I will need to refer back to consistently, I use monday.com.

It is awesome for keeping track of tasks. It helps me stay on top of what I need to be doing and keep my bosses filled in on where I am with tasks. I can also let them know I am stuck or need something from the task and have all communication tied to that task to refer back to. I also love it for sharing company updates. I love that you can create a board for almost any need you can think of. Whether you want a spreadsheet, a document, or a form monday.com can do it and it is kept much more organized than if it was just stored in google drive. Our marketing plan boards allow us to manage our marketing for our owners by adding options for them to use and giving them a column where they can approve the effort and a column where they can set a budget.
