Overall Satisfaction with Moz
We are currently using MOZ to track the effectiveness of our new website launch. We are also tracking our optimization and social efforts as well of those of our competition.
- The reports that they provide are very helpful and easy to use.
- The ability to track our competition and what they are (and are NOT) doing well is extremely beneficial.
- The ease of use of all of the tools and the explanations of what the tools does and how to make it work are fantastic!
- The only negative I would have with MOZ would be the once a week reports, could we get them daily? (Once a week is actually fine, but I had to say something!)
- We are still in the beginning stages of our Digital Marketing efforts - MOZ has not directly affected our ROI, but the insights have allowed us to make smarter decisions with our other efforts including email and social marketing.
