Overall Satisfaction with Moz
We use Moz to keep track of everything related to our website, our clients websites, and to keep track of where our brand mentions are across the web. Our leadership team is the department that uses Moz. I personally use Moz to help me manage my keyword rankings, links, and overall website structure for our website and our client's website.

- They really do a great job with customer service
- You can't talk on the phone with someone there
- I wish the reports would run more frequently than once per week
- Sometimes the crawl reports that say 24 hours take much longer than 1 day.
- From an ROI standpoint, its hard to measure, but our rankings that have increased for us and clients have gone through the roof because of Moz (obviously higher rankings mean more sales).
- We have been able to more accurately direct our strategies from a link bait standpoint, which has boosted our referral business.
- Being able to figure out where we are lacking from an online perspective, has helped us with lots of our messaging across the board.
I think that Moz and HubSpot are very similar in many ways, while at the same time there are many clear differences. The best thing about HubSpot is how much it helps you with general messaging as well as your overall marketing strategy. I don't think that HubSpot does as good of a job with the web. Moz really specializes in all things web and gives you better reporting than anything else out there.
