Overall Satisfaction with MS SharePoint
MS SharePoint is used as a collection point for communication of documentation and guidance within our department. The tool provides a live access to critical materials for the processing of audits and regulatory documentation. The site also provides a source for communication and tracking of training, sub-departments within the department, and methodology. We are also utilizing the Nintex workflows to reduce paper and allow tracking of various procedures and projects.
- Workflows communicate with the process flow to keep a request moving with one click.
- The ease to link the documentation and guidance to other software for user ease.
- The format for the standard (non-designer) does allow a level of customization to appeal to the users.
- The standard needs to incorporate more of the features of the designer package for greater customization.
- All additional decision-tree capability to the Nintex workflow software.
- Need for easier cross-reference to have a Nintex Community Site within the software.
- The ability to track a project without the constant inquiries is time well spent elsewhere.

MS SharePoint is a corporate-wide tool that we utilize within and across departments. The system does allow security for silo information that is needed yet can allow approved access to other SharePoint sites, as needed.
