Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using MS SharePoint mainly as a document management system. We are using it in the whole organization and it helps very much to exchange and work on the same documents-- this version is very helpful when you work on agreements or any other documents where more than one person edits and has to verify the changes of the other persons

Alternatives Considered

SharePoint is the best with MS Office, and I think thanks to this it will continue to sell well. A lot of people are used to working with Word and Excel as a primary daily tool, and thanks to this SharePoint will continue to have success, but if people start to think that they can use other tools things may change.

Likelihood to Recommend

MS SharePoint is the best solution as a document management system ever. There is competition from Gsuite, and it will be very strong competition as it has more and more users in the mobile world. It's a pity that Microsoft doesn't have their own mobile system, because in the long-term scenario it could make Gsuite stronger
