Great product overall
Overall Satisfaction with N-able RMM
The product is being used by the IT department to support both in-house staff and all our customers with an IT Support contract. This allows the technicians to remotely connect to end-user machines and resolve faults in a timely manner with full visibility of the end-user. I find the product extremely efficient.
- Remote connection is fast and robust.
- Remote background features are excellent.
- Lightweight product does not slow down end user machines.
- There are some minor bugs I would like to see resolved.
- Functionality for macOS is not as good as Windows.
- Sometimes the installer fails for unknown reasons.
- Integration into our CRM platform
- Makes the team more efficient.
- Customer support contract pays for the software.
- Makes our customers happy.
