Overall Satisfaction with N-able Take Control

We use N-able Take Control to monitor and maintain our servers as well as workstations. It also enables us to remotely control those systems, which really comes in handy.

Pros

  • Patch management
  • Remotely view screens
  • Viewing the health status of systems

Cons

  • The interface feels "busy" and "messy"
  • Patch management needs to be more reliable... As in us admins need to be able to view the progress of patch installations
  • Allow for the installation of any apps (.msi, .exe, etc) by uploading the installation file(s).
  • It saves a lot of time
The interface needs a lot of updating. It's just too "busy."
I selected this system because it advertised easy management of computers and servers.
