Overall Satisfaction with Namecheap
I use Namecheap for all of my domains -- and I have about 15. I recommend it to anyone who would like great customer experience and reliable service.
- I've contacted their customer service multiple times and they have always been incredibly responsive and helpful
- Their support documentation is well laid out so if you have any questions their FAQs handle most things
- Their user experience is simple and streamlined -- buying a new domain is simple and straightforward.
- It'd be nice to have steeper discounts for buying the service for further out
- Some of the premium domains are outrageously priced without much information why
- I tried using domain agents to try to negotiate for a domain and found their support to be unhelpful -- if Namecheap could help more with buying a domain thats already used that might help
- All of my domains are through namecheap. Having a good domain has been priceless. $10 for my domains has paid thousands back to me.
