Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use Namely as our main HRIS system for recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and HR as well as company policy communications, general communications, performance management, and PTO management. It is being used across our whole global organization.
  • Namely makes it extremely easy to find all relevant HRIS information in one central location.
  • Namely integrates well with our Jazz HR Recruiting platform, making recruiting and onboarding seamless.
  • Namely allows employees and managers to easily request and approve PTO with minimal clicks.
  • I'd like to see more communications features beyond the standard "activity feed" page that could be used for our main corporate intranet site.
  • I'd like to see more integration with Microsoft Teams.
  • Namely has saved us time on onboarding.
  • Namely has saved us time on performance evaluations.
Namely's implementation team was a pleasure to work with. They helped us meet our implementation date without any issues.
