Namely is the HRIS for our company, from when we were under 50 employees to now over 150 employees. We use it for all Onboarding and document e-signature, all Managed Payroll Services, Benefits Administration & Brokerage, Training & Compliance, PTO tracking, other employee records, and Performance Management. We only are light users of it social components.

We use Namely HRIS, Payroll, Benefits & Time across our whole organization. Namely has helped us tremendously keeping track of our COVID sick pay and have helped put our mind at ease with their knowledge of the CARES Act and their implementation to the program.

We used Namely for about a year and during that time the experience was okay but left a lot to be desired. Some of the pros that Namely had were the onboarding process and the social setup for employees to interact with one another. Unfortunately, the pros did not outweigh the cons and therefore led us to move on to a different vendor. The customer service left was very inconsistent and difficult at times especially when we were working on our ACA reporting forms. That process was a nightmare as we had to do it manually even though we were told it was part of the service we paid for. In addition to being promised many things during the demo process that fell through such as document storage and mismanagement of data.

Namely is a user-friendly HRIS that makes daily administrative tasks easy to manage. It's very easy to learn and use, which is a plus for me as I onboard all of our new hires. There are templates that you can create to prepare for pre-onboarding your new hire, which makes onboarding go so much more smoothly. I appreciate the integration with AdobeSign so that you can send documents for signature and they automatically save in the employee's profile. The home page is set up like a social media site and allows you to post updates and see whose birthday or anniversary is coming up which is great for engagement.
