Overall Satisfaction with Namely
Namely is being used across our whole organization to address our HR, onboarding, PTO, goals, and performance evaluation needs, to list a few.
- The Namely team is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the configurations and back-end of Namely.
- Very good at communicating and always there to help with any questions or problems that arise- and always respond very quickly.
- Certain features, like the goals section, for example, can't be cloned, whereas other features can.
- The calendar doesn't allow for different time-off requests to be displayed in different colors- would be nice if you could choose a color for each time-off type so the calendar is easier to read at a glance.
- Goals can only be tracked as a percentage completed rather than by entering in numerical data.

- Namely has greatly improved employee self-service.
- Employee engagement has increased greatly.
- Once Namely was up and running, the amount of time saved has greatly increased as everything is so easy to use and navigate, and can all be done online.
Our company has benefited from Namely HRIS as it has allowed us to gather all necessary information, such as basic HR info, as well as goals and performance evaluations, and have it all in one place that allows easy access for both management and employees.
Manual HR processes that we have been able to automate with Namely include onboarding, signing documents, incentive agreements, performance evaluations, goal planning.
