Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use Namely for HRIS, domestic payroll, [and] benefits administration. It is helpful to get data and other information in one space (out of disparate spreadsheets!).
  • Generally one umbrella for information.
  • Allows for custom questions.
  • Pulling reports can be cumbersome and not always intuitive; sometimes extra, unneeded data must be pulled and deleted.

  • One place to keep all HR related data.
  • Powerful reports (almost too powerful; can be confusing and complicated to pull some information).
We moved from Zenefits to Namely for easier payroll interaction with our accounting software.
Weekly implementation meetings were great - although sometimes things moved too fast and there was little to no hands-on practice - only fast demonstration from the Namely rep.

There was NO implementation follow-up or support once we went "live". It would have been very beneficial to have a one-month and/or even a 90-day follow-up meeting with the implementation rep to answer questions/concerns that had arisen in the initial time of use. Instead of this kind of support, we had to "submit a case" or "request a call" from the help team.

This is not meant as a negative against the help team, just a suggestion for a better transition from implementation to actual use.
Generally easy to use [and] intuitive; although, does lack some features which require manually entering information, such as task reminders.
