Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is a user-friendly HRIS that makes daily administrative tasks easy to manage. It's very easy to learn and use, which is a plus for me as I onboard all of our new hires. There are templates that you can create to prepare for pre-onboarding your new hire, which makes onboarding go so much more smoothly. I appreciate the integration with AdobeSign so that you can send documents for signature and they automatically save in the employee's profile. The home page is set up like a social media site and allows you to post updates and see whose birthday or anniversary is coming up which is great for engagement.

Very user friendly and easy to learn.
Based on my own experience, Namely would be most suitable for businesses of our size - around 150-200 employees. Because it is difficult to track profile changes in Namely, it would be difficult for larger organizations to keep track.
