Overall Satisfaction with Netchex
We are using Netchex for all of our HR & Payroll needs. 2021 is our first year using Netchex and we have found it to be user-friendly and it has helped us streamline onboarding and reporting and has improved our employee communication.

- We just implemented Netchex in 2021 so there’s been a lot of setup and time involved in the conversion. 2022 is really when we expect to see a positive impact from the implementation.
I would rank Netchex above the other products I’ve used based on features, user-friendliness, and customer service.
