Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

We use the system for most all functions of our business, accounting, procurement, shipping.
  • Inventory items indicated as "drop" shipment automatically creates purchase order when the item is ordered on the customer sales order.
  • Accessibility anywhere you have internet
  • Centralizes customer historical data and information making it readily available for inquires
  • Support, most times you are training support what to do, but unfortunately still payng them
  • Customization, small changes seen too difficult or take a long time to implement
  • Pricing
  • We have been able to use the software to take the place of 2-3 FTEs
  • Better customer service because of the data available at their fingertips, no need to get up and look at manual documentation or search other data systems for critical customer answers
  • Flexibility for me as the owner to be able to be anywhere in the world and have the tools that are generally only available when physically at the office
The ease of use and cloud based system were key to us implementing NetSuite
Do you have a strong person in house that can dedicate time to working with the system to maximize the investment and to work to resolve problems?
