Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

Utilize NetSuite ERP to Run Billing and Financials. Our business runs our backend operations on NetSuite ERP the last 7 years and have truly reduced our time to invoice our clients for the accounting team to focus on timely collection and improve on cash flow management. We bill Bi-Weekly, milestone and fixed and have managed to automate this with approvals from our PMs. We also Implement NetSuite ERP for all modules in multiple verticals such as BioTech, Software, AMP, Services and GB.

We selected NetSuite ERP due to 2 factors 1) strategic partnership with NetSuite 2) Value the ease of use and cost of NetSuite ERP for a mid--size accounting firm. We aimed to ensure our customers know we follow what we preach, thus utilizing NetSuite ERP ourselves proves to our clients that we can run our backend operations seamlessly as we do our clients

The NetSuite ERP application has been a great application to use to help our backend operations. In addition, all our client have been very pleased and have constantly been asking us to suit up their application. Look forward to many more years of growth and helping our operations and customers with NetSuite ERP.
Support can do a better job with giving value add recommendations and potentially some continuity in understanding our business and process. We are looking to use the support more but in my opinion, it just difficult for us and most of our clients as the response time is delayed and usually not valueable at time
We believe that NetSuite ERP is well suited for majority of companies accross all verticals. Areas of improvement are addressed with 3rd party applications or integrations to other applications. Utilize and implement integrations with Arena, Salesforce, Quartzy as well as Tipalti, Concur, Coupa. Overall NetSuite ERP is a great application that can be utilized at the onset startup of a company and propel the organizations towards its growth
