NetSuite ERP is the hub for our business. It is the platform for all financials, but it also the platform for all of our websites and CRM worldwide. We use it to run every aspect of our business. The data it contains is used to evaluate all of our decisions from inventory purchases to sell through.

Usability

Our company has benefited from the ability to easily customize our transaction forms, web platform, email templates and workflows. The system is far more flexible than our previous ERP that was super restrictive. The ability to add unlimited number of customer fields allows us to capture and store the data we feel is relevant to our business and our customers.

NetSuite EPR platform has been good for our international business. There can be a lot of improvements in the area of how taxes are handled outside of the US and Canada. That is our biggest area of pain currently. There can also be improvements around how the web platform handles b2b customers. These customers have different needs than a b2c customer.
