NetSuite is our core financial system. We use it to pay vendors/customers. We use it for our inventory processes.

Once comfortable, overall usability is great.
There is a lot of lack of support for certain products such as NSPB.
Well suited for customization to met business needs
Planning and Budgeting - many customers have to use the NSPB add on
