Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use it for AP including expense reports, POs, invoices, and post JEs for payrolls

Pros

  • user friendly
  • able to customize report

Cons

  • the upgraded cause problems sometimes and impact the system which create error and spend lots time to fix it. It is helpful if the upgrade has more testing to make sure everything is working fine before excuse.
  • NetSuite can do a lot of things for financial, but we are not utilizing all the features and we are struggling

still lots to learn
Sometime take a long time for the support to get back to us and not resolving all our problems. some of the tickets still under enhancement
NetSuite ERP is good system and convenient and allow us to do a lot without using excel to track data but sometime is the new upgrade cause more problems
