Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NetSuite for all things Financial -- close, reconciliation, AP, AR, order to cash, procure to pay, revenue recognition, reporting, forecasting. We currently use Great Plains which is not cloud based and is a cluster of manual processes that take over 200 finance team members to complete on a monthly basis.

Usability

It is robust and functional but also buggy and the support and documentation is sometimes lacking on the technical side.

Support Rating

Unwilling to dive into custom configuration and support tickets take weeks to resolve.

Likelihood to Recommend

I can see NetSuite being especially powerful for businesses in the growth stage, because of its automation power. It is also useful for enterprise level corporations however with any system, as the data grows the complications do as well, due to the customizations involved. My experience with NetSuite support is that they are less enthusiastic about helping customers with custom scripts or workflows.
