I like how customizable NetSuite is. They provide a ton of freedom to create fields, record types, and automation without having to pay for additional development.

Usability

It seems pretty easy to navigate for tech-savvy people, but some non-tech-savvy people on our team still have a hard time remembering how to navigate.

Every time I ask a question, it generally takes forever to get an answer. I’ve been tossed back and forth from various teams on the same ticket. When I clearly explain the issue, and I’m on the phone with an “expert,” I’d expect to have at least some kind of an answer to basic functionality questions.

Likelihood to Recommend

It seems great for keeping track of records and data. It seems difficult to use for field service companies natively, but Suiteworld unveiled a new module so maybe that will change.
