Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
Manufacturing various products across multiple I diatribes. My team supports the users of NetSuite by transitioning them from their old ERP to NetSuite. We also help them maintain their website via SCA.
Pros
- Streamlined mcf process.
- Easy reporting.
- All communication within NetSuite.
Cons
- SCA is kind of clunky.
- CRM campaign templates aren’t user-friendly.
- Sales are up.
- More efficient processes.
- E-invoicing makes it easier and quicker to get paid.
