Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We are the implementing partner of NetSuite, and we implement NetSuite for customer who plans to have a better and easier-to-use ERP system. The primary scope is to manage the general ledger and accounting book, which the business operates across a single country/currency. NetSuite, with its OneWorld account, offers a very effective method of financial consolidation, and its standard reporting provides all the necessary information.

  • Book closing becomes simpler, which reduces manual tasks to greater extent.
NetSuite is a cloud tool, and is easy to implement for mid-sized organizations. It comes with standard forms/ printing layouts, and financial reporting (both summary and detailed), which are very handy for business users. In addition to these, with 99.99% service availability, NetSuite makes it one of the most reliable ERP tools available on the market.

NetSuite suits a mid-sized company best where the organization uses multiple currencies in its day-to-day transactions. NetSuite is ready-to-use for businesses that follow financial standards. The more custom business processes there are, the more implementation is required. I would not recommend NetSuite to a large organization due to its performance issues. Additionally, the in-house bank reconciliation tool is not user-friendly for business purposes.
