Streamlining Global Education Operations with NetSuite ERP
Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
we use NetSuite ERP as a core platform to manage and streamline our global operations across finance, procurement, inventory, and customer management. As a cybersecurity education and certification body with international reach, we needed a solution that could support scale, automate manual processes, and provide real-time visibility into business performance. Before NetSuite, we faced challenges like fragmented systems, time-consuming reporting, and compliance difficulties across regions. NetSuite helped us overcome these by offering a unified cloud-based system that automates key processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and financial reporting. It also enables better inventory control for our courseware distribution and improves customer engagement through integrated CRM. With real-time dashboards and centralized data, our teams now work more efficiently, and leadership is empowered to make faster, data-driven decisions.

We looked at SAP Business One, which is quite strong in financials and manufacturing, but we found it a bit rigid and more suitable for traditional industries rather than service and education-based organizations like ours. We also considered Microsoft Dynamics 365, which had good integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, but the level of customization and third-party dependence was higher than what we were comfortable with.
Zoho One was also on our radar, especially because of its pricing and modular approach, but it didn’t offer the depth we needed for complex revenue recognition or global compliance. QuickBooks was used earlier in our initial years for basic accounting, but it quickly became insufficient as our international footprint and operations expanded.
