Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

I've used Newswire to publish press releases on behalf of my company and track the distribution.

I've worked with other companies that offer the same services as Newswire, but I've always been underwhelmed (at best) at the user experience. With competitors, I would often find myself frustrated that I couldn't easily figure out how to do what I wanted to do. Newswire does a pretty good job of making the process accessible and intuitive.
24-7 Press Release was a cheaper option (at least, when I used it), but there wasn't nearly the sort of visibility on the distribution once things were published. PR Newswire had a very extensive process for creating an account, and the last time I worked with them, I had complications accessing the account which took almost a week to resolve, at which point the press release I was trying to publish had become a little obsolete. I've never run into such problems with Newswire.
