Overall Satisfaction with Newton Applicant Tracking System

We are utilizing Newton Applicant Tracking System in the human resources department of my company. This system was implemented in order to provide us with a larger applicant pool, while making it easier for applicant to apply online. With our prior solution, we were noticing a drop off in applicants and the necessity to post in multiple areas.
  • Easy to use - One posting goes to multiple job boards
  • Easily see where your applicants are coming from in order to better determine where to budget for job boards
  • Easy to view applicants in bulk and send along to the appropriate person
  • If you have multiple people involved in a requisition, it could be a bit easier to understand the workflow
  • It would be nice for job postings to save without the necessity to copy/paste over and over again
  • Allowed my company to spend more time viewing applicants, then trying to find them
  • Easy to use system that does what they advertise it to do, which is becoming more and more rare
  • No need to pay a web developer, they integrate seamlessly with your current system
Newton Applicant Tracking System not only does what they advertise to do, they do it for a fraction of the cost for what you would spend with a company like talentReef. Having utilized both systems, I have found Newton to be an easier to use system with every function that I would want in an ATS and a customer support system that is responsive when you need them. Pair this up with an on-boarding platform (I use Paycor) and you have a complete solution with no contracts!
If you are looking for an easy to use ATS with great functionality and features, this system is the system for you. Use this in any company where you need to create multiple job requisitions and often are posting to Indeed, Glassdoor and more separately. This will eliminate the need to post in multiple areas and allow you spending more time to review applicants than just trying to find them.
