NimbleSchedule

Overall Satisfaction with NimbleSchedule

It's a simple scheduling software that allows you to view your schedule and clock in through your mobile phone. We use it to track the hours and schedules of our non-exempt employees. We use it in several departments in order to make sure we can have accurate and reliable tracking of time spent in different areas, and plan on a certain service standard that our clients rely on.
  • Simple: They keep their site from being too cluttered with unnecessary features.
  • Reliable: We've used other software in the past that have been disappointing in their reliability. NimbleSchedule has never been unreliable.
  • Cheap: Has a great price point for the services provided.
  • Static: Can't change much. If you want something more dynamic, Nimble isn't that.
  • UI: Their UI for NimbleSchedule is outdated. Ximble (Their updated product) looks a little better.
  • Reporting: Their reporting can be frustrating to use.
  • One element that our CEO loves is the shift reminder feature. I'm not sure how many shifts would have been forgotten without that feature, but it has definitely helped us there.
  • Payroll accuracy. This would be for both the employee and us. It can be very frustrating to not know if what you have is accurate. It's easy to review hours in Nimble.
  • Very affordable. I already mentioned this, but it is very cheap for what it does. If it's between you keeping schedules in sheets and paying for Nimble, pay for Nimble. You won't regret it!
Nimble is a simpler cheaper version of the above. It is not an HRIS system. It provides basic functionality for clocking in and scheduling. You can run basic reports, and it has an employee database system. However if you want to keep docs on the employees or have it integrated into a payroll system. You need something different.
NimbleSchedule is perfect for the small business that needs to track their non-exempt hours, and want a mobile platform to do that. NimbleSchedule is cheap and you can access it wherever you need to.
This is not an HRIS system. If you want more from this platform than a schedule host and a clock-in platform, then look elsewhere.
