We use the software in our organization to manage our workforce and institute sound HR policies and practices among other needs. We execute a number of roles with the software such as management and recruitment of employees, onboarding, maintenance of employee records, attendance, benefits, payroll, tax compliance, among others. It fits in all enterprises be it small and medium-sized or large enterprises
- Ensures and supports recruitment of right candidate by enabling applicant tracking module
- Fits in all organizations either small, medium or large thus becoming an excellent corporate solution
- Executes tax computation and remittance and even other statutory deductions easily and in a convenient manner
- Poor internet connections limit its functionality

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - Previously our payroll management was done manually and after employees tally was completed, the number had to be updated manually and this brought inconveniences and errors were present. However after acquiring Paycor we have automated the whole system and we have installed an tallying system where when employees clock in, the number is sent directly to our system and updated there and then on the payroll using Paycor
